​Grundzüge der Volkswirtschaftslehre. Furthermore, a basic knowledge of econometrics (the linear regression model as e.g. covered in W2474 Introduction to Econometrics (Bachelor) is helpful.​

Inhalte (short description):

The labor market is an important part of everyone's life. In this course, we explore the ideas economists use to understand how labor markets work. We focus on the main theoretical models as well as on the empirical evidence. In addition, we study the role of labor market institutions and public policy in affecting wage and employment.
