Inhalte (short description):

The seminar is intended for students writing a seminar or thesis in the field of Human Resource Management & Leadership. The aim of this seminar is to familiarise students with the process of scientific work in order to support them in the preparation of their specific research projects. Starting with the structured identification and delimitation of topics, the systematic collection of relevant conceptual and empirical literature up to the application of quantitative and qualitative methods, essential topics for the implementation process of a research project are covered.​
