Inhalte (short description):
Über die Vorlesungszeit bearbeiten die Studierenden in Kleingruppen ca. 5-7 Aufgaben im Bereich: Erstes Drittel: Lineare Optimierung mit Excel, AIMMS und Gurobi Zweites Drittel: Gemischt-)ganzzahlige Optimierung mit Excel, AIMMS und Gurobi Drittes Drittel: Nichtlineare Optimierung mit AIMMS oder diskrete Optimierung mit Python Die Ergebnisse werden in Präsenz (je Aufgabe 1 Termin) präsentiert. Das Modul schließt mit Abgabe der letzten Aufgabe nach der Vorlesungszeit. Die Prüfung erfolgt im Portfolioformat und umfasst die schriftliche Bearbeitung und Abgabe der Aufgaben (je ca. 4 Seiten) und Präsentationen der Ergebnisse kontinuierlich während der Vorlesungszeit. During the course, students work in small groups on approx. 5-7 tasks in the field of: Part 1: Linear optimization with Excel, AIMMS and Gurobi Part 2: (Mixed-)integer optimization with Excel, AIMMS and Gurobi Part 3: Nonlinear optimization with AIMMS or discrete optimization with Python The results are presented in presence (1 date per task). Über die Vorlesungszeit bearbeiten die Studierenden in Kleingruppen ca. 5-7 Aufgaben im Bereich:

Erstes Drittel: Lineare Optimierung mit Excel, AIMMS und Gurobi

Zweites Drittel: Gemischt-)ganzzahlige Optimierung mit Excel, AIMMS und Gurobi

Drittes Drittel: Nichtlineare Optimierung mit AIMMS oder diskrete Optimierung mit Python

Die Ergebnisse werden in Präsenz (je Aufgabe 1 Termin) präsentiert. Das Modul schließt mit Abgabe der letzten Aufgabe nach der Vorlesungszeit.
Die Prüfung erfolgt im Portfolioformat und umfasst die schriftliche Bearbeitung und Abgabe der Aufgaben (je ca. 4 Seiten) und Präsentationen der Ergebnisse kontinuierlich während der Vorlesungszeit.

During the course, students work in small groups on approx. 5-7 tasks in the field of:

Part 1: Linear optimization with Excel, AIMMS and Gurobi
