Inhalte (short description):

​Junior managers quickly need to adopt techniques to manage their own career, take decisions as managers, and lead people. This module seeks to help students to do this effectively by introducing students to key concepts in applied organizational behaviour and personnel economics. Organizational behaviour is a field of study in which sociological, psychological, and economic approaches are used to help understand and guide the behaviour of people in organization. Personnel economics is a field of study in which microeconomics is applied to issues of human resource management and leadership. The key concepts are discussed from the perspective of younger employees who need to put techniques into practice.
