Inhalte (short description):
Ein wichter Aspekt der internen Organisation von Unternehmen im Zuge des digitalen Wandels ist die erfolgreiche Implementation digitaler Interaktionswerkzeuge, auch als „Collaboration Software“ bezeichnet. Diese bieten umfassende Unterstützung für kleine virtuelle Teams aber auch unternehmensweite Communities of Practice. Die Veranstaltung hat hierbei das Ziel, anhand von Fallkontexten aus dem Unternehmensumfeld einen praktischen Einblick in verbreitete „Collaboration Software“ Umgebungen zu liefern. Die Kursteilnehmer erlernen so die wesentlichen Funktionalitäten von Plattformen, wie zum Beispiel Office 365 (z.B. Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, etc. ) von der Erstellung einer Projektseite bis hin zum Einsatz von Enterprise Social Media selbst einzurichten, zu nutzen und auch eigene Optimierungen und Integrationen zu konfigurieren (z.B. kleine Workflows). Programmierkenntnisse sind optional anwendbar, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung zum Bestehen der Veranstaltung. In the context of digital transformation, an important aspect of internal organization of enterprises is the successful establishment of digital interaction tools, also known as collaboration software. This type of software offers support for small virtual teams but also for enterprise-wide communities of practice. Participants can familiarize with widespread examples of collaboration software platforms such as Office 365 with its tools Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, or Yammer, starting at use cases such as setting up a project environment via setting up an enterprise social media environment or even creating small integrations and optimizations across different tools (e.g. a workflow). Programming knowledge can optionally be applied to solve the team challenges, but they are no requirement for passing the course.

Ein wichter Aspekt der internen Organisation von Unternehmen im Zuge des digitalen Wandels ist die erfolgreiche Implementation digitaler Interaktionswerkzeuge, auch als „Collaboration Software“ bezeichnet. Insg. 150 Stunden anrechenbarer Studienaufwand, bestehend aus: Vorlesung/praktische Übungen (2x30 Präsenzstunden, 30 Std. zur Vorbereitung durch Lesen und Aufsetzen/Ausprobieren von Softwareumgebungen sowie weitere 15 Std. Nachbereitung von Aufgaben) Dieses Modul ist teilnehmerbegrenzt für 20-40 Studierende. Die Anmeldung erfolgt über Paul. Zusätzlich ist eine Anmeldung für das teilnehmerbegrenzte Modul über den Lehrstuhl zwingend erforderlich, damit die Anmeldung bei der Teilnehmerauswahl berücksichtigt werden kann.
