einer optimalen Konsequenz führen will. Es werden prozessuale und
ethische Fragen der individuellen und zugleich gemeinschaftlichen
Nutzenmaximierung berührt. Dabei ist Kooperation von einer
altruistischen Einstellung des gegenseitigen Helfens deutlich zu
unterscheiden.
z.B. „Ziele, Handlungsplan, Freiwilligkeit, Verantwortung, Vertrauen,
etc.“
· Abschließend wird das Rahmenmodell für Kooperation vorgestellt: Anreize, Geschäftsprozessmodelle.
Cooperation is a concept which tries to lead the activities of several
partners to an optimal result. It addresses the individual and common
procedural and ethical issues under the problem of profit maximization.
However, the cooperation, from the altruistic point of view, of various
interconnected members is significantly different. Nevertheless, there
is a calculus-based method, which takes place for such problems.
The aim of the seminar is to discuss the technical, human and
organizational requirements for "cooperation" in general and in "Supply
Chain Management" in particular.
• Basis steps: ideas from the Theory of (social) Systems, Communication Theory and borrowings of Cognitive Science;
• Then, basic aspects of cooperation are clarified, such as "Goals, Action-Plan, Voluntarism, Responsibility, Trust, etc."
• Finally, the framework model for cooperation is presented: Economic incentives, Business process models.
