Inhalte (short description):

​To solve the complex problems of today's society, building on knowledge of just one discipline does not suffice. Therefore, interdisciplinary collaboration becomes ever more important. This type of collaboration is, however, not simple as people are accultured into their own disciplinary cultures - a set of unspoken norms, practices, and ways of thinking - which remain implicit. This makes communication and in fact collaboration difficult. In this course, students will learn how to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
