Inhalte (short description): |
---|
This module is an introduction to international trade policy. The main objective of the course is to provide a framework for understanding the effects of the most important instruments of trade policy (such as tariffs, import quotas, or export subsidies), to discuss and evaluate reasons for trade protectionism, and to give an overview of the history and principles of the WTO and recent controversies in trade policy. |
