Information about the organization
1) Aim of this project KreisSportBund
The „KreisSportBund Paderborn (KSB)“ is a representation of interests of about 330 associations and organized sport clubs in the region of Paderborn and together with the city sport union, the professional sport associations, the district of Paderborn and the commune the KSB campaigns for sport clubs and the citizens doing sport.
One of the main priorities is „to integrate by doing sport“. In this field our task is on the one hand to support and advice the sport clubs in aspects of public law, insurance query and further questions, which appear during their work with refugees and asylum seekers and on the other hand to help people interested in sport for example to find or convey the fitting sport club.
2) Be part of the KreisSportBund Paderborn (examples):
We offer for example trainings for exercise instructor. You can apply for these courses on our homepage and after your successful completion of the course you can work as an instructor in one of the sport clubs in Paderborn. Our cooperation with the municipal integration center enables the participants of the training courses, who have a migration background, to apply for a financial support during the schooling.
