Frank Grotjahn was scientific assistant at the department High-Frequency Electronics from 1^st February 2016 to 24^th January 2022. In the Focussed DFG-Program FFlexCom he developed a devices and circuits library based on flexible ZnO layers in co-operation with the Semiconductor Physics Group at University Leipzig, let by Prof. Grundmann.
