The Solid-State Electronics Department (Halbleitertechnik) of the Universität Duisburg-Essen (UDE) in Germany, headed by Prof. Tegude, has substituted the Innovative Processing AG (IPAG) effective from 01.07.2005 (month 13) on. IPAG was originally founded by members of UDE, and IPAG components were developed in UDE premises, and fabricated with UDE machines. The consortium welcomes the unification of place and organization of the balanced photoreceiver development within synQPSK.
